Reverse osmosis water treatment equipment selection considerations, select the appropriate reverse osmosis water treatment equipment, and its process flow.
Water Treatment Machinery Reverse Osmosis System
Schematic diagram of reverse osmosis system
How to choose reverse osmosis water treatment equipment ?
Clearly water quality needs
Raw water analysis: Detect raw water TDS, hardness, type of pollutants (such as heavy metals, organics, etc.), to determine the need for additional pretreatment (such as softening, dechlorination).
Water standard: according to the use (such as drinking water, industrial pure water) to determine the conductivity, desalination rate and other indicators, choose a single-stage or two-stage reverse osmosis system.
Evaluate the performance of the equipment
Water production: choose the appropriate specifications according to the average daily water consumption, and reserve 20%-30% margin to cope with the peak demand.
Recovery rate and energy consumption: Prioritize equipment with a recovery rate of ≥50% and low energy consumption (e.g., equipped with energy recovery devices).
Examine the brand and after-sales
Select qualified and certified manufacturers to ensure the stability of the equipment and rapid response after-sales service.
How reverse osmosis water treatment equipment works?
Pre-treatment stage
Raw water through the multi-media filter (to remove suspended solids), activated carbon filter (adsorption of residual chlorine), precision filters (to intercept particles above 5μm), into the high-pressure pump.
Reverse Osmosis Separation
The high pressure pump raises the water pressure to 1.0-6.0 MPa. Water molecules pass through the pores of the semi-permeable membrane of the RO membrane (<1nm), while dissolved salts, bacteria, etc. are retained, forming pure water (produced water) and concentrated water (wastewater).
Post-treatment (optional)
Pure water can be further upgraded through UV sterilization, EDI (Electrodeionization) and other processes to meet the demand for ultrapure water.
Why choose our water treatment system?
1. Superior filtration technology
Multi-stage filtration system: Precisely removes sediment, particles and suspended solids.
Reverse osmosis (RO) technology: Thoroughly removes dissolved salts, heavy metals and other contaminants, providing ultrapure water.
Activated carbon filtration: Reduces chlorine, organic compounds and odor.
2. High efficiency and low maintenance
High flow design: Able to handle large water flow while maintaining excellent performance.
Long-lasting filter element: Durable filter media reduces replacement frequency and reduces operating costs.
Self-cleaning function: Reduces downtime and maintenance workload.
3. Smart and user-friendly
Real-time monitoring: Real-time monitoring of water quality and system performance through an intuitive interface.
Automated control: Automatically adjusts settings and sends alerts to ensure optimal operation.
Compact design: Saves space while providing maximum performance.
