I. Industrial Ro Pure Water Equipment Process Composition

1. Pre-treatment

 • Treatment: sand filtration, multi-media filtration, softening, chlorination, pH adjustment, activated carbon filtration, degassing and so on.

 • Role: filtration to remove 1-20 micron particles; soften and adjust pH anti-reverse osmosis membrane scaling; chlorination sterilization; activated carbon filtration to remove organic matter and free chlorine; degassing to remove CO2 from the water.


2. Desalination

 • Treatment: electrodialysis, reverse osmosis, ion exchange.

 • Role: electrodialysis using ion exchange membrane in the external DC electric field selective transmission of ions, desalination rate of more than 95%; reverse osmosis through the solvent reverse osmosis by pressurization, desalination of up to 98%, 99% of the rate of sterilization and the removal of organic matter.


3. Fine treatment

 • Treatment: ultraviolet sterilization, terminal membrane filtration, ultrafiltration.

 • Role: ultraviolet sterilization by changing the structure of nucleic acid so that bacteria die, the best effect of the spectral wavelength of 2600 Å; membrane filtration to remove particles with a diameter greater than 0.2 microns; ultrafiltration to separate selective molecules, removing bacteria and 0.05 micron particles.



4. Activated carbon
